AdWords is very strict with regards to medical advertising and does not allow real images of bodies. Instead I used clean, crisp images to clearly evoke the idea of Before and After, which is intrinsic to plastic surgery. Before and After was designed to feed directly into Dr. Brown's tagline, Get The Difference, also conceived by me.
